I do not actually have this exact York Peppermint Pattie but the one I have is similar.

At some point last year, I acquired a York Peppermint Pattie. I don’t know why but I knew at the time that it made logical sense for me to hide it away in a safe place. I have always had blue eyes but I think they are turning green in the middle now. It is pretty cool but I wanted to see why this was happening. I went on Google and started to type “Why are my eyes turning green?”. As soon as I typed in “Why”, Google started completing my question for me. It showed what must be the top 10 searched “Why” questions. It is quite interesting to see what people are wondering these days. Here are the ten questions that came up.

2. Why is the sky blue?
3. Why is my poop green?
4. Why does my vag smell?
5. Why do cats purr?
6. Why did I get married too?
7. Why do dogs eat poop?
8. Why can’t I own a Canadian?
9. Why did the chicken cross the road?
10. Why are Black people so loud?

You can’t make up stuff like this.

I understand that it has not been 1992 for quite a while (although zubaz are coming back) but I still wish that Christian Laettner would not have been selected to be on the Dream Team. Most people at the time would have been surprised to find out that Laettner would go on to have the incredibly lackluster career that he ended up having but I still regret this decision nonetheless. It is easy for one to look back on things and judge past decisions now that everyone knows how things have played out but I disagreed with Laettner’s selection to the team at the time and I will always regret that it happened. Ultimately, I think he was selected because of the immense fame and publicity he received from making his game winning shot in the NCAA tournament at Duke.
