Manute Bol Tribute

The world has lost a true giant in every sense of the word. Manute Bol, the great humanitarian and basketball player, has died at the age of 47. I am sad that I was never able to meet him but he will always be an inspiration to me. He was the first person honored as a Nacho Donut Hero and he deserves to be honored in a way that befits his physical stature and international impact. He was truly one of the greatest human beings of all time. Everyone please look at these pictures and remember Manute Bol.

Manute Bol:Hero

This is a reposting of a Nacho Donut Post from February of 2009. I know that the greatness of Manute Bol helped the Nacho Donut blog to get off of the ground in the early days.

If I could meet anybody, it would be Manute Bol. He is my favorite person of all time. I hope to one day get an authentic Manute Bol jersey. I would take a bullet for Manute Bol. He is more than just a really tall basketball player. I suggest you watch the Manute Bol “Beyond the Glory” series. His life story is crazy.

R.I.P. Roc Raida

Hip Hop has lost a great DJ in Roc Raida. I burned a cd a long time ago that had a bunch of stuff from him on it and  rocked it pretty heavily at that time. Watch this video of him.
